Avocado Apple Cider Vinegar for Protein
Mash 1 ripe avocado until it’s smooth.
Mix in 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.

Section hair, smooth mixture in, then put a shower cap on for 10-15 minutes and rinse with cool water.
Avocado Banana Lemon for Rejuvenation
Peel 1 ripe banana and ½ avocado and place into a blender or mixer.

Smooth the mixture into your hair in sections then put on a shower cap.
Leave the mixture in for up to 30 minutes and rinse with cool water.
Oatmeal Mask for Dry Itchy Scalp
Measure 1 tablespoon of oats.
Add 1 tablespoon of almond milk.
Mix in 1 tablespoon of almond oil or olive oil.
Combine ingredients together in a medium sized bowl.
Apply to dry hair and let it sit for 20-25 minutes and continue then shampoo or co wash as you normally would.
Coconut Milk and Olive Oil for Moisture
Measure 1 tablespoon of coconut milk.
Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
Use warm water to mix all ingredients.
Rake the mixture into hair leave in for 5 -10 minutes, allowing your hair to absorb the moisture.
Avocado and Coconut Mask for Dry Hair
Avocado is one of the best medicines for damaged hair and coconut has some amazing properties of shielding the hair from environmental stresses and increasing its volume. The combination of these two ingredients provides an outstanding result.
Ingredients
1 avocado
2 tbsp coconut milk
2 tbsp coconut Oil
Instructions
Mash the avocado then make it into a paste. Add coconut milk and oil into the paste, and you are good to go! If you don’t like the smell, you can always add a few drops of essential oil. Apply the paste to the roots of the hair and keep it on for 30 – 45 minutes before washing your hair.
